Yes, our crystalline glaze ceramics are crafted using natural mineral glazes that are free from lead and other harmful substances. Fired at high temperatures, these products are heat-resistant and stable, making them safe for daily use. They are also dishwasher and microwave safe, combining practicality with aesthetic appeal.
2. What is the production timeline for crystalline glaze ceramics?
The production cycle typically takes about one week. This includes material selection, glazing, and firing, each requiring meticulous attention to detail to ensure the highest quality.
3. Can crystalline glaze tableware be used in dishwashers or microwaves?
Yes, our crystalline glaze tableware is designed to withstand both dishwasher and microwave use, offering convenience without compromising on beauty.
4. What is your return and exchange policy for crystalline glaze products?
Due to the unique and fragile nature of crystalline glaze items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged. Please record an unboxing video upon receipt. If damage is found, contact us promptly, and we will arrange a free replacement of the same series within 2–3 business days. Note that the replacement may have a different pattern due to the unique nature of each piece.
5. What is your return and exchange policy for other non-crystalline glaze products?
For defective or damaged products: If your item has a quality issue (excluding damages caused by improper use or accidental damage), we will provide a free replacement and cover the shipping cost. Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the product.
For non-quality related returns: If you wish to return an unused item for personal reasons, you may do so within 7 days of receiving the package. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in original condition (no signs of wear, scratches, or alterations). In this case, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
